Hello everyone! I'm a new member from Thousand Oaks, CA. My wife and I just purchased our third house within 5 years after renovating and selling for profit the first two. We were fortunate to buy at the right time in 2011 which kickstarted these personal real estate investment opportunities. I have learned a lot through this process and really do love doing it. I would love to build on that experience and start connecting with people and find opportunities to gain more experience in flipping homes.
