I've taken real estate class and the test, but not the AZ state test. (wasn't sure I wanted to sell real estate) I've  been reading and reading, listening to podcasts, trolling for properties. Now I'm ready to get my hands dirty. 

I work an IT related day job and I've been looking for a change. Big change. (fighting the urge to make big impulsive changes ;))

Big changes seem to be in the air, @Wade Oliver. I am moving out of Ohio to, guess where...Arizona. We'll both be starting something big!
