A new member in Dallas Tx
Hello all!
My name is Parker, I'm a 21 year old college student in the DFW area. I don't really have any plans to do any serious real estate investing any time soon, but I figured it cant hurt to lurk around on sites like this and absorb some knowledge. I've been interested in real estate investing since I was 11 years old and saw a small apartment building for sale and started day dreaming about what it would be like to be a landlord. I've read a few books on the subject, like the rich dad poor dad books, and other similar titles. I'd be happy to get any recommendations for further reading of course.
Anyway, just thought I would say hi, since it's recommended and all.
