Hello everyone. My name is Daniel and I am a total green pea to real estate investing. I currently live in Sacramento and work in RV sales (wheel estate lol). I am planning to make my first investment within a year. I am interested in learning the do's and don'ts that will help me make a wise decision with my first purchase as well as advise on what to do after my purchase. My goal is to be able to quit my job within the next 3 years and pursue real estate investing full-time.
