New Member from San Francisco Bay Area
Hello BP! I am a new member from the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently own a single family residence unit. Am renting some of it out to contribute to the mortgage. Recently have begun looking for an investment to continue growing my real estate portfolio. In this search for more knowledge I found this wonderful resource called BiggerPockets. Began by reading some articles, had my mind blown and decided to join the community! Short term goals are to get my real estate license(am pretty close), do a deal within the year and to continue to learn as much as possible. Long term I would like to own multifamily units and eventually become financially independent.
