Hey guys,

I'm 31 years old from Eagle Rock (a small town in Los Angeles), a father to 3 stooges and tired of working for Corporate America.

Currently I work as a IT Security Technician. I've always wanted to get into flipping house because I love taking something old and ugly and turning into something beautiful. I can see the potential in things that most people can't.

Like most of us, I was afraid of taking the risk and didn't have any money to invest. I've successfully flipped cars over the years as a hobby and have been very successful with it. For the longest time I've felt like if I have the right skills and concepts with flipping cars then I could apply it in real estate and be just as successful.

After losing my first job and trying different careers, my feeling has always led me back to wanting to flip houses, so I decided to pull the trigger and put the fear aside. I started doing whatever I could with whatever little money I had to try to convince investors I knew to invest in me.

I always knew that real estate flipping would take a lot of hard work just like anything. Most people have the wrong idea that real estate investing is easy money. I was willing to put work into it; physically or financially.

I began chasing after my passion last July (2015) by doing as much research and self-educating as I could. I finally convinced my wife's cousin who'd been flipping homes for 20 years to give me a chance. He did't take me seriously at first because many have approached him about investing in real estate but weren't willing to put forth the hard work, they just wanted to invest their money for a return. He saw I was serious because I would not stop texting him on deals I was finding and he finally realized that these deals were good deals. He thought to himself, "damn, this guys will not go away and he's serious."

Long story short, I'm proud to say that my first flip was a success. We closed on it Nov. 2015 and the house needed a complete rehab inside and out, with a huge pool that looked like it had an alligator in it with swamp water. After 2 months of rehab we completed the house end of December 2015 and we sold it the first open house weekend we had, we closed escrow mid January 2016. My partner said he's never sold a house that fast in the 20 years he'd been doing it. Currently I'm on my 2nd flip and rehab is almost done. We bought my current flip in April and the project will be done and on the market next week. I also just open escrow last week on my 3rd house. I'm so excited and so happy with how well this is going so far for me. This makes me feel like this really is my passion. I know I may be lucky because for most investors, they didn't and won't have the same luck I did starting off but with that said, I also feel that when one is truly passionate about what they are doing, they will be successful no matter what. I really am having fun with this.

It's sad to be able to fix up these flips really nice but I can't even afford to fix up my own home. My family of 5 lives in a small 2 bd/ 1 bath duplex we rent out from my father-in-law. My 14 year old son who I think has some nephilim blood in him (he's gigantic compared to me, I'm only 5'5), is so cramped in his room that he shares with his 10 year old bro, while my wife and I share our room with my 4 year old terror. But it's all good cause I know we will get there.

I know this was long, but BP wanted others to get to know me, so this is me.

Oh and I hope I can quit my full time job soon and do this full time!

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read my novel. :P
