Hello to everyone at BiggerPockets!
I stumbled across this website while attempting to find out who sent me a "yellow letter" as an out-of-state property owner. No, I'm not planning to sell the house (in South Carolina) just now...
Anyway, I've been investing in the San Francisco Bay Area and elsewhere since 1995. I have mostly held properties to date-- my portfolio spans six states-- but I'm getting into wholesaling, including short sales. I'm currently concentrating on higher-end houses here in the Bay Area that need a short sale in order to get them moving. In addition, I'm currently working with another investor on some bulk REO deals in the Midwest. Lots going on!
