New to Real estate investment
I'm new to this real estate world, but I am hungry for knowledge on the subject. Doing my research on as much as I can. Wondering where is the best place to get started and how? I am in the Atlanta, Ga area, Auburn, Al area, and also the Birmingham, Alabama area just to put that out there as well.

I'm getting started as well. I'm mainly focusing on homes in the Phenix City/Columbus area Section 8 homes. I have a family member who have multiple homes in Bham(Ensley). In Atlanta the Decatur(Memorial Dr/Columbia) area is growing like crazy Are you trying to flip homes or finding long term rental property?
