NEW TO BP - NJ Wholesale & Flip
Hello all. This is a great site. I am new to RE but I am working with a great and experienced business partner while I gain experience and more knowledge. I've been interested in jumping in for years and the opportunity presented itself recently. Any advice you guys have is greatly appreciated and humbly welcomed. At this time I am working on my first wholesale in the Central NJ area and have been putting my own Cash Buyer's list together. I hope to do great business. My first flip is soon to follow.
