New member interested in Cincinnati, OH
Hello all, I am a new member to BP and have been mass batching the podcasts and learning as much as possible. I have started looking at deals and using the analyzers/calculators on the BP site and have been trying to see what makes sense. I have cash to invest but I am currently working in the middle east and will not be able to attend meet ups or be a hands on owner in Cincinnati at least for the next few years. I am curious to know if anyone has come across a situation similar to this or has any pointers. I am hoping to get into the duplex/triplex/quadplex game but am a bit nervous about getting started from 12,000 miles away. I look forward to interacting, learning, and growing through the BP community.
