Beginner Investor from Central Arkansas
Hello BP!! I am a beginner investor from North Little Rock Arkansas! While new to investing, my husband and I are ready to take this real estate investing journey full on. We have just purchased our first buy and hold property in North Little Rock. We are doing minor cosmetic work on it and hope to have it rented out within a months time frame. We are looking to network and find hard money lenders so we can begin flipping houses as well as continuing the buy and hold strategy! If anyone has any references or suggestions to the wonderful world of real estate investing, I would love to hear them. We are ready to work and work hard!
