Hi there.
I wanted to introduce myself to the group. I'm Emily and my husband William & I are fairly young (25 & 26 yrs old) newbies in REI. We have always wanted to get into real estate and have recently attended a guru seminar that encouraged wholesale/assignments. My initial reaction though is "when will i have time to do that?" We just bought our first home a year ago and the value has already increased, so we are considering using our home to get into the business. Perhaps sale? or lease? I'd love to get connected with other investors in our area (Murfreesboro/Nashville) or anyone vested in the business, as my husband and I are eager to learn all we can and reduce mistakes, if possible.
