Hey guys I am Delaware investor who has flipped 9 properties over the past few years in the Newark/Wilmington area. I am still interested in flipping but would also like to acquire a few rentals over the next few years. 

I was wondering if there are any other Delaware investors on the forums and wondering where some of you guys find your deals for flips/rentals.

I would also be interested in connecting with a wholesaler in this area.
