Checking in from Philadelphia, PA. Making my way into real estate and focused on a buy and hold strategy. I've found some solid deals and ready to take my first leap.
Looking to build a relationship with a GC to aide in some rehab projects. Not sure if this is proper etiquette for a newbie but if you have some local recommendations please pass them along if you are willing.
