Hello BP Community!
My name is Nate and I am an aspiring real estate investor in Oakland and working in San Francisco. I am 26 years old and made my first deposit into my asset column by buying a duplex in West Oakland to rehab then live in one and rent the other. Now I've got the real estate bug!
I am reaching out to the BP community in hopes that I can link up investors in the Bay Area and network. There are a ton of things that are going on here with the new rent control measure being pushed by the city to the West Oakland Development Plan underway as week speak to the Golden State Warriors killing it in the Finals!
