New Member from Southern Utah
Hello all
Almost everything that I search for that has to do with real estate investing, I find an article on Bigger Pockets. So I figured this is the community to be involved in.
About 4 years ago I purchased a home with an apartment that I thought would help pay the mortgage. Little did I know that apartment would pay my whole mortgage. I started thinking more about real estate investing and have been learning by reading books, articles and many bigger pockets podcasts. I feel that I am now at a point that I have read and heard enough that I want to be involved in real estate investing.
I have mainly focused on buy and hold, at least this is what has intrigued me the most. After getting a taste for how nice it is to have someone else pay for my home I have really been interested in finding other properties that would work as well as my home has.
