Hi, my name is Dustie Verwers. I've been a Realtor for 4.5 years and been an Investor for about 2 years.  I mostly have done flips so far, but I'm saving up to buy rentals. I'm really interested in multi-family and mobile home parks as far as my buy and hold properties go.  I'm eager to learn all I can about investing.
