Investor from far north DFW

My family is blessed to live in far north DFW area. We own one property in Plano and are interested in getting the next one. I'm not sure how to make that happen right now because of sourcing a good deal and suitable financing. I'm looking forward to building relationships here that will be rewarding for my family and theirs. My goal is to earn enough passive income that I can shift my focus from my job to more fulfilling activities with family and church.

While oklahoma has taken a hit with oil and gas prices overall the market is very stable here and still good cash flow .  I would also say that if you are patient and a bit lucky in your timing you may find some great deals coming in the near future in my opinion.
