Hi Guy/Girls, my name is Tiara, I am the Daughter of the now retired Indigenous Australian Tennis Player Evonne Goolagong-Cawley.. I am based in Australia at the moment but Ido wholesale properties on a Global Level. My expertise is Wholesale but I do enjoy fix and flips.. Also I mostly have and only take on Cash Buyers but in saying that on a special occasiin I also do mortgages.. I have property ranging from very cheap to middleclass to upperclass then the palatial and luxurious properties, I also have vacant lots, land and farms in which many of my Chinese Cash Buyers love. My main clientele are Chinese as I know what it is they want and more importantly their needs, I understand their culture, the communities they want to be in, schooling, transport and much more..
