My name is Gene Kravets. Left my job as an Assistant Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Miami recently to pursue real estate investing full time. I'm learning all that I can and searching for deals in my market here in South Florida. In the short term I am interested in building up my capital with fix and flips, learning the business, and then venturing into new development.

I'm also in the south Florida market. In the 5 years I been in real estate I typically focused on turnkey rentals. Now with the market being up and down the real returns come with flips thus that's my main focus now. Unfortunately, my struggle is capital and finding deals with my desirable returns.
