Hello BP! I'm Josh from Battle Ground Wa, and I'm looking to get educated from my learned peers about Real Estate Investing. Specifically, I want to pick your brains on your strategies. Does one focus on flips to maximize capital gains? Or try and accumulate as many income producing rentals as possible? Is investing like playing Monopoly where it truly is just a game of buying 4 green houses to trade for 1 red hotel?
