20 Year Real Estate Vet
Hi, I'm new here! I am a 20 year veteran in Real Estate, with experience in lending, investing, and am a full time real estate agent. My specialty is rent to own, as well as owner carry/subject to deals. I am currently looking to pick up (and looking for funding for) 4 flip deals in the next 12 months. My partners and I have a combined 40 years experience and over 25 properties that we have flipped.
