So Cal Investor
I am Ron and I am a general contractor with real estate experience. I flipped a house in 2006 and made sick money in 30 days. I just did not know where to find another deal that made sense and the market was crashing (as we all know). Now......I'm back and getting educated. I plan on flipping single family residence's. On my team I need a title company, a few realtors spread through various areas in So Cal, a real estate attorney, and a money partner.
