Hello BP land, I am a Life Coach and speaker here in the Jersey and tri-state areas. But I am new to Realestate and very ambitious to grasp all I can and take action. I'm already in the process of buying my own investment property and looking to flip some properties for building my capital. Are they anyone in the Jersey area preferably (Newark ,Bloomfield, east orange) that are having success in flipping and selling??? I would love to meet with you and network and just pick your brain!
