New guy in central Iowa
Hi all, I'm Zack. I stumbled onto BP not too long ago and am just getting started in learning about real estate. I'm not really sure of my investment style yet but am leaning toward buy and hold, probably starting with small multifamilies (which seems to be a pretty common starting point around here). I have a long way to go and a lot to learn, so I'm looking forward to diving into everything BP has to offer.
