New Member - Looking into Charlotte!

I'd like to say hello as a new member! We decided a few weeks ago to invest in real estate for monthly cash flow for my mom who will be going into retirement. Our idea was to purchase a duplex or 1-2 SFR with cash in the 70k range in either Charlotte or N Charleston areas. Well, during my research I found this amazing site and now I found a whole new obsession!

Do you have an opinion about either area to invest in as first timers?

We'll be traveling to both areas in the next few weeks to check out areas and meet with partners. Possibly the week of 7/11. Please let me know if you have any recommendations for us to check out.

Cheers!

Andrea

Welcome Andrea Ballus to BP. I'm here in the Charlotte area. You might want to contact Curtis Waters He has several turnkey cash flowing properties in the area for the price point you are looking at. Also Alex Franks is a wealth of knowledge on the area too. Best of luck to you.
