Hello BPers!

I'm relatively new to the investment syndication world and joining this forum to add what I know while absorbing everything I can from the seasoned pros out there... I'm part of a family business with a long track record of successful commercial real estate syndications and look forward to bringing some of your ideas back to our family office.

We're interested in growing the number of deals we see in New Mexico (and Colorado, if it's particularly compelling). We look for stabilized assets and always welcome new investors. I look forward to many good interactions in the future.

Russell

Hello, Russell,

I'm also in Santa Fe. And very interested in syndications as either a co-sponsor or investor. I have spent literally YEARS researching syndication procedures and other raising capital for small businesses.

Santa Fe really, really needs multifamily now. Have you considered it? I'm wondering if micro-apartments would fly here. Affordable housing is the key to getting community support.

I am also the founder of the New Mexico Tiny House Association. We are investigating demand for a Tiny House community in Santa Fe or Albuquerque. Either as a development of permanent homes or a place to park TH's on wheels. Seems like the perfect town for it.

Lunch?

Marc C.
