Hello everyone! My name is Christina. Originally from NYC but currently residing in Colorado Springs, CO for the past 2 years (Yes, I know! huge change). I'm a Professional athlete and full-time college student. I'm 1.5 years away from receiving my BS in Computer science and I have about 4 years left in my sport. I thought it would be a great idea to get a head start on my transition to the real world. Real estate is something that I have been interested in and I am eager and ready to learn the business.

I think it's great you're already looking into real estate for your transition into the real world. I wish I would have begun in college as well but better late than never! A great way to start getting educated is by listening to the BP podcasts and by attending some local meetups. 

What type of investing interests you? Fix and flips? buy and holds? combo?

I also moved to the Springs to attend college and lived there a couple of years and still do some investing down there. I'd be happy to chat with you sometime about investing strategies or the Springs market. Feel free to reach out if you ever need any help.
