Newbie wholesaler from Deerfield Bch, Florida
Hello everyone, my name is Vanessa Santana! I'm 19 years old and a recent highschool graduate(class of 2015). I live in the south Florida area ranging from palm beach to broward county and any surrounding areas. I'm very excited and eager to build a foundation for myself. New to the world of real estate. I may be young but I'm very motivated and I'm a hard worker. I became interested in real estate a few months ago and have been hooked ever since. I will do anything it takes to be successful! My ears are open to any and all advice that can be given. Hoping to gain connections and network with other local investors. Also, I'm willing to work for free in order to gain and expand my knowledge. I would love to benefit from each other and achieve mutual success!

@Vanessa Santana - welcome to the party! Be sure to listen to all the BP Podcasts - so much good info there. Also, check out your local REIA's. I'm part of tropical REIA that meets in boynton beach, but there are ones in Boca, West Palm and Broward as well.
Additionally, there is a group of us that meetup the first Saturday of every month in Delray to talk real estate. There is always a mix of seasoned investors and newbies. You can search for the "coffee with investors in delray" to find the post string.
