New member in Missouri
Hello I am just starting to move in the direction of buying my own property as well as invest in another to rent out. I have been researching for the last 2 yrs but due to credit have been slowly rebuilding it back up. Now I have been running into road blocks. I also know a little diy and dont mind fixing a property up.
