My name is Cole Sickafoose, from northeast Ohio. Im a self motivated 20 something looking to begin my journey in buy and hold real estate investing. My father once owned and operated 19 units and to this day claims his biggest regret as selling those properties. I look to Learn from his mistakes/success's and use all tools possible to put me on the fast track to being a financially free real estate investor.
