Hello bigger pocket members. I think I'm a little too young to be purchasing and flipping houses but at 16 I would like to learn a little about investing in real estate. I've invested in stocks earlier this year but I'd like to expand in the future. If anyone has some pointers on starting out I'd love to here them. I hope to learn a lot this summer. -Arin

What is "House Hacking"?

Hi Martin. House hacking is a REI strategy of owning a multi unit property in which you reside in one and rent out the others.

It can also be done with a single family home, renting room(s) out ... this is how I got started ... great way to go IMO.
