Hi all! 

Was referred to this community by a friend and current member. Love all aspects of real estate, and look to make my 10+ years of overall experience pay off over and over. Experience with hands on property management, DIY projects to contracting, flipping and rentals, as well as professional experience with financing and appraisals.
