Hi my name is Jeff Wood and I am a realtor and a rehaber. I have rehabed 3 houses so far. My goal is to rehab 5 houses a year and take the money to buy rental properties. The problem I am having is finding the deals. I need to start looking for houses other than the MLS. What exit stratigy are you using in this economy?
