Howdy guys! Been a lurker for a very long time here. I really am looking to become more active. I'm a realtor in the Nashville TN area. I am looking to invest but am waiting on a little more capital. Interested in buy and hold rentals! Some flipping. Eventually I want to get into large mixed use space then hospitality properties. 21 years old and finishing up school and and Entertainment Business major. I have started writing for Odyssey, as of recent. It is an online young folks publication. I write on renting, investing, buying, creating wealth, and entertainment property acquisition.
