New Investor in Denver, CO
Hi everyone!
My name is Javan Greeson and I'm getting started here in Denver. I've had my real estate license for about six months and am starting to market for deals by driving 4 dollars and sending letters.
I'm mostly planning on whole-tailing, flipping, and BRRRR investing but am excited to see all of the different ways there are to invest.
