New and eager
I am a 33 year old Army veteran that currently works at a factory. My wife an I combine for a $135000 a year income of which we only live off 45%. That's all bills, vacation money and emergency money. I want to start my real estate portfolio asap, however I would like to learn which approach is best for me.
