Hi everyone! I've been a long time lurker (probably 4 months) and have learned so much while sitting in the background! I currently have my first deal under contract and am looking forward to continuing. I just wanted to finally "break the ice" and post!

Congrats @Bobby Burches on your first deal! I'm still getting educated but I feel like my first deal is just around the corner.
@Paul Timmins is right about the J Scott books. I'm a quarter of the way through the first one and it has been very enlightening.
