Reaching Out From Sunny California
Hello BiggerPockets!! Iv'e been reading the forums and listening to podcasts for far too long without taking any action. Well, time to light some fires and make some ripples in the RE investment community!! Without getting into too much detail about my strategy or what I want to achieve, at least for now, I'd really just like to introduce myself. New real estate apprentice that's on fire for growth. I'm so ready to dive in and make things happen. I'm currently residing in beautiful Southern California where the palm trees are tall and the waves are big. Reaching out to any and all investors, mentors, future business partners, and friends that are killing it in my region and else where. I couldn't ask for a better community to be associated with and introduced into. Looking forward to the knowledge and guidance!! Not to mention friendships to be made. Cheers!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
