I found this site via the podcast and am absolutely enthralled with what I've found thus far. I only hope I can give back just as much as I will likely get from being involved. For the time-being, I am looking to invest in SFH (though not ruling out duplex, triplex or quads), rental properties. My preference is to rehab and rent. Although I haven't put together my first deal yet, I plan to do so in the near future. I live in the suburbs east of Seattle and am looking to do deals in Mt. Vernon, Oak Harbor, Marysville, Everett, Tacoma, Olympia, Kent, Puyallup, or wherever it make sense. I have a background in finance, so numbers is my language of choice. Best wishes to all of you.
