Hello BP!

I am a newbie from the Los Angeles area and am excited to have BP as a helping hand in learning more about the Real Estate market and experience through your posts. 

I have worked in commercial lending for over ten years and still hold a full-time job doing so; specializing in non-profit lending. I have always had a passion for Real Estate and now is the time to push myself into the market. 

I recently started assisting my developer friend in business management and project management outside of my full-time job in hopes to learn more about what happens behind the scenes and look forward to investing sometime soon.
