Hi! I am new to the real estate world and acquired my license last year. I would like to start investing and building a portfolio of rental properties and am interested in learning from Bigger Pockets and possibly finding a mentor on here. I have been listening to the podcasts religiously, although I haven't gotten too far yet. Excited to learn and get started!
