Hey everyone! I am Dustin Budny from Indianapolis. I'm new to BiggerPockets and new to real estate investing as a whole. Currently, I work as an engineer, but want to start earning passive income through investment properties. I joined BP to learn about investing in single and multi-family rentals as well as flips, BRRRR's. I'm excited to get started in real estate and look forward to networking with other members. -Dustin
