Hi All,

Moving to San Mateo for work next month and looking to get involved in the local real estate scene. Any suggestions?

@Ryan Landis  dog gone it that's what I am afraid of... all these properties I sold  LOL..

I was buying foreclsoures and tax sales in East Palo alto for 10 to 30k per house... think I should of kept a few of those I would flip them make 5k and if there had been a BP then I would have gotten on there and told everyone I made 50% on my money in 30 days... how smart am I right !!!
