Hello BP Community! My name is Amanda and I'm a Master Data Analyst living in Denver, Colorado. I recently started looking for my first home and boy is it intimidating! My goal is to find a place that I can house hack for a year or two and then use as a rental property going forward. I would love to grow my portfolio to include some multi-family units in the future as well. I really appreciate the wealth of information on this site and I'm looking forward to interacting more with you all in the future!

Welcome @Amanda Lodge. House hacking is the way to go if you can make it happen smoothly without interrupting life too much. The market here is ridiculous, but a lot of it comes down to finding that property that is a bit of a hidden gem in terms of numbers. What sorts of data do you analyze?
