Hi!  We are Jess and Shawn from Oregon.  We are just beginning our journey and are at the save money stage.  We will use this year to learn our market and line up contacts.  We expect to save enough this year to buy our first rental property.  It is our goal to buy many more over the next 10 years.  We are excited to build something together.
