Hello BP, I'm looking forward to reading forum posts, meeting local members, and learning lots about REI. I purchased my first home in 2011 as a primary residence. I've since moved across the country and am in the process of purchasing another primary residence. Former home will become a rental. I'm looking to rehab the new home into a potential future rental as well. I'm skilled at using Google Sketchup as a 3d rendering tool and in designing spaces for efficiency and functionality. I'm looking to rehab condos into modern, efficient, and green spaces for buy and hold application in New Haven, CT.
