Hi,

I am a new investor, I've been listening to the podcast and getting really excited about all of the investment opportunities. 

I currently live in Rogers Park, moving to Belmont Cragin in Chicago. I'm scheduled to close on my first property on 6/28(a duplex -which we will move into and rent out the 2nd floor unit). My first thought is that I want to get into acquiring rentals, but still learning and hearing many great ideas on the podcast and reading books.
