New Member in IA (formerly from MO)
New member currently from the Des Moines metro area. Current interest in Real Estate is in developing passive income. Looking for opportunities to learn from those that are experienced.
Have previously flipped 2 homes (1 foreclosure and 1 short-sale) that I purchased as primary residences. Made very good money on both and opened my eyes to the potential in Real Estate.
Excited to be on Bigger Pockets to learn and build new relationships.
