Hello bigger pockets, I have invested lots of my time learning how to invest into real estate. I have been in contact with people in my city and feel I have everything in place to start investing. The biggest problem for me and most investors is trying to find a deal.. I will start cold knocking and calling. I was hoping to learn on this website from other investors on techniques etc., any help would be great!
